NCTR C25K 2025- Starting 8th May

Every Thursday from May 8th for 9 weeks.

6.15pm for 35-45 minutes.

Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to move more and complete a 5km run by the end of the course.
Beginning a journey in running is a goal for many people and for a number of different reasons. Whether your goal is to run your first 5k or to gain the confidence to run on your own, at NCTR we would love to help support you in that goal.
Our C25K plan is a 9 week programme led by British Triathlon and England Athletics qualified coaches and leaders. It involves one led session a week (Thursday's at 18.20) and instruction on two other sessions you should complete during the week.
The plan culminates with a Parkrun on Saturday 12th July.
We are offering the full 9 week programme for £12. You will also have the option to upgrade to an NCTR membership for the year at an extra cost of £20.
