By checking, I agree to abide by the club rules of conduct, both at face to face sessions, races and also online with the club social media feeds and 'Spond' session planner. I understand that NCTR committee will not tolerate any form of discrimination, bullying or abuse to its members and volunteers (including committee, coaches and run leaders).

Please make sure you pay your subs using our online store. NOTE: we really prefer everyone to pay online and NOT via BACS, CASH or CHEQUE as it makes things much easier to manage for the membership teams.
