The NCTR Committee's vision for the club is that it should be open to all. The Committee understands that whilst all efforts are made to keep membership fees as low as practicably possible, they still may be unaffordable for some.

In light of this, the Committee is proud to introduce the Equal Opportunities Fund as of 2025.

The Equal Opportunities Fund will allow partial or full exemption from membership fees if the financial burden on joining is too high for individuals or families.

After the initial enquiry has been addressed, if the person/family in question wishes to proceed with an application, it will be submitted to the Committee for consideration. The Committee's decision regarding the application will be final.
